I have to get this recipe down before I forget. It tastes like guilt free Chinese take out!
3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 head of broccoli, washed and cut into bite sized pieces
Bunch of kale, washed and chopped
3 medium sized carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 small shallot, minced
2 orange, juiced
2 Tbs Braggs amino acids
3 Tbs honey
2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
In a wok, heat sesame oil and minced shallot until soft. Add in chicken, orange juice, amino acids, honey, and red pepper flakes until chicken is almost fully cooked. Add the vegetables and finish cooking until chicken is done and veggies are soft.
Serve over a bed of quinoa cooked with coconut oil
